Sports Therapy Treatment & Rehabilitation
You don’t have to play sports to suffer from an injury and require Sports Therapy. Strains and sprains can occur when you least expect it, during day-to-day activities at work or at home. Discomfort caused by niggling pain can lead to stress, poor posture, anxiety, and depression so it is important to start Sports Therapy treatment as soon as possible.
Through Sports Therapy Treatment & Rehabilitation, our aim is to prevent injuries and help those who are injured to return to full fitness. The initial appointment consists of a full assessment to establish the cause of injury followed by appropriate treatment. We will also discuss a rehabilitation program with the main goals being to help you move better, restoring or increasing flexibility, strength, endurance, coordination, and/or balance. Treatment for any injury will depend on the severity and which structures are affected. Typically your Sports Therapy treatment will last 45 minutes.
