Pain Management

Hypnotherapy

Living with chronic pain daily can be taxing both physically and emotionally. People who live with chronic illness and pain go through a wide range of emotions, including sadness, grief, depression, anxiety, frustration, and anger.  All of these lead to greater pain severity, hypnosis is a safe drug-free method which has shown to help reduce pain intensity, it helps calm the brain to the noise of pain, providing a much needed respite, aids restorative sleep, reduces stress and worry and helps you feel calmer (we understand that chronic pain can affect your mental wellbeing).

Having worked extensively with clients suffering from chronic pain, Elizabeth continues to be in awe of the improvements that can be achieved either by reducing the pain or, in some cases, removing it. Under hypnosis, Elizabeth addresses the problem from an emotional level, through the subconscious mind.
